ABOUT ME
I am a Human Resource Professional with decades of experience. My experience includes implementing multi-million dollar Human Resource systems, recruiting both executive and non-executive candidates, as well as managing departments, people, and projects. My success is found in the areas of Human Resource Management, executive and corporate recruitment, management consulting, implementation of Human Resource ERP Systems, training, project management, and professional resume development. For decades, I have found myself coaching clients, co-workers, mentoring friends, and young people. When reviewing all of the different aspects of ‘human’ resources, I am most excited about helping people work out their passions and achieve their career goals. This has been the most fulfilling and satisfying part of my career - by far! Success means something different to each person. Everyone has a gift. Some are passionate about their gifts.
